All prices are FOB Markham. Ontario our warehouse and are subject to change
without notice. GST or other applicable taxes are extra. Listed prices
shown are suggested only and distributors are under no obligation to accept
them. Terms of sales are 50% deposit with order and balance COD on new
accounts. 1% 7 days or net 30 days on approved credit. $30(x) service
charge on all NSF cheques. VISA & MASTERCARD accepted.

If unknown to us, existing copyrights and trademarks are infringed upon
to meet buyer’s instruction. This remains the risk of the buyer.
SHIPPING
We assume no responsibility for the delay in transit beyond our control.
Our responsibility ends the moment the shipment is given to the carrier.
Please specify your preferred carrier. We use Purolator, UPS and Canada
Post. We will not be responsible for any damages caused to the merchandises
during shipping. Inspect for visual damage to the box and mark down irregularities
on waybill upon receiving of goods from carrier. Make claim to carrier
for any damaged items.

$5.00(x) per additional address will be charge.
LESS
THAN MINIMUM
There is a surcharge of $50(c) for orders with less than minimum quantity.
Half of catalogue listed quantity is needed.
ARTWORK
Please refer to separate description of artwork.
PROOFS
Paper proof no charge. Actual sample proof please add $50(c) in addition
to the regular set up charge.
NO
CHARGE RUSH ORDER
We do not charge extra for rush order. Whether it be needed within an
hour, a day or 2 days, as long as it can be fitted into our production
capacity, we will be glad to rush the order at no extra charge.
SAMPLES
All samples will be invoiced immediately and will not be accepted for
return after 21 days. Please provide carrier account number when ordering
samples. Samples will be sent freight collect. Return Authorization Number
(RAN) must be obtained from our Customer Service Representative prior
to the return of samples. No samples will be accepted without RAN.
RETURNS
No merchandises will be accepted for return or exchange without our written
authorization. Claims must be received within 10 days after delivery.
WARRANTY
Unless otherwise stated, all products are warranted against defects in
material and workmanship for one year.
MISCELLANEOUS
Please type all purchases. Errors resulting from hand written order are
the responsibility of the distributors. Products color shown in the catalogue
are as accurate as possible. Slight varation may occur due to photographic
process and lighting effect. We assume no responsibility for variation
in product color. Please order samples for approval if precise color is
of importance. Grain on all natural wood products may vary and is out
of our control. We assume no responsibility for variation in wood grain.

require larger custom imported items not shown in this catalogue, please
contact us for information. We do import larger quantities of numerous
items for our clients on cost plus basis.
